    Red face wayno v halifax advice PLEASE!!!!!

    hi,just wondering if someone could help me out here

    sent pelimenary letter-received one back saying theyve received it
    sent lbaicon letter-received letter with an offer of £715
    sent response letter not accepting but only as part settlement
    received letter 18/11/06 saying i turned down there offer and that they wont be returning any of my charges, there deadline of 14 day is up on friday , can someone please give me abit of advice

    24/11/2006 filed mcol
    received notice of issue of courts today so the Halifaxicon has until 16th dec

    i suppose ive just got to keep my fingers crossed
