DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

well all the debts have not been defaulted yet

they will be in the next month of two,

whats happened is the amount I have to pay towards the house has increased considerably

so I cannot afford them ,

also it is very likely I could be made redundant due to ill health

so a relative would lend me the money to get rid of those debts that total around 22k

  • 2 weeks later...

well you are going to default so the quicker it gets marked as a such

the quicker it will be removed from your file.

look in the librarylink3.gif

undar the debt collectionlink3.gif forum

and send each accounts owner the hardship letter offering £XXPCM for 6mths if the freeze interest and stop all charges.

if they don't then use the £1 offer letter and stick to that.
