Thread: clydesdale financial services

hi all
does anyone know if you can reclaim unfair charges from a loan company in the same manner that you can from a bank??
these monkeys have charged me £87.50 in 4 charges in 3 months. ive had enough now. its not a lot of money, but there is a principle involved.

let me know where you are up to. im goingto get my letter to them this week. they are not that bright, if you call them they will tell you every charge and the date over the phone. saves £10.

if they are going to at all, they usually take their time over it. then they may try the microfiche fob off. ive already claimed off Abbey, so have a little bit of experience. dont back down though.
