I purchased an ex display tent for a reduced price on Friday evening,

the shop told me they wouldn't be able to take it down until next weekend as the shop was very busy.

We were asked to pay in full which we did and received a receipt.

We asked if we could pick it up on Sunday to give them time to take it down and bag it up but we're told that they were too busy and would need to be the following week.

What worries me is that customers can still walk into our tent and there is the risk that it could be damaged.

Do I have the right to ask for it taking down today?

Please help

Did you agree that they would only be taking it down next weekend before paying?

If you did agree, then your contract is based on them not taking it down until next weekend.

However, if it is damaged between now and then, then you are entitled to your money back instead.

If they only raised taking it down in a week after you had paid, ask for your money back, and see if they will then take it down now instead.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
