nothing wrong with that

it cant hurt you twice.

you can write to PRA and demand they amend their defaulted date to that of the OC

else you'll be raising a complaint with the ICO and seek financial compensation

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

as on a previous thread been looking to my credit file found two defaults for the same debt, this made me look further into the debt and have been sent this direct from lending stream.

Confused as the principal amount is £125 total repaid £111 yet still £285 owed ??

Am i missing something and does the attached look right or is it just me?

threads merged

did you have multiple PDLs at the sametime and or poor credit when you took this out

it might be worthy to investigate a claim of irresponsible lending??

could get the whole thing wiped?
