Hi all, got to grips with everything..... I think. Sent in my list of charges to A&L and received the standard reply of " everything we do is fine and dandy and sorry but we dont except your claims"
So now off to your FAQ's to see how I procede to court. Gonna persue this all the way as I was shocked at how much they'd snaffled off me. Nearly £4000 inc interest.
I'm sure the Big Boys must be getting together somewhere and are scheming of how they can change the law in their favour. This must be hurting them and its great .
