Requested money back from Barclays oin May 2006. £500 has been taken in ilegal charges. They offered £225 as a 'goodwill gesture' which was promptly rejected. Court proceedings were begun and now I have a court date a little over 2 months away on the 02/02/07 where both sides will be heard in Bournemouth county court.
Will keep you posted on any developments and outcomes.
Just had a letter from Barclays finally offering to refund the full amount requested. Barclays can be stubborn but keep at it and they will give you your money back. Good luck.
