Part of claim over 6 years old.

Hi, I put in a claim against Barclays icon

for just over £1000, and a couple of weeks ago I realised that £60.00 of that claim are past the 6 year mark, now my question is this; if I procede with the claim could the whole claim be thrown out over these out of date charges? or would the judge use his discresion and just subtract the £60 from the final amount? (granted that I win of course).

I am at the aq icon

stage and need to fill the forms in tonight because I am handing them in tomorow so really need to know if I should cancell my claim and start over again (which would be a nightmare cause its taken alot of time and effort to get to this stage)

Highly unlikely it would be chucked out for that. Besides, you need to apply the Sec.32 argument to show why charges more than 6 years icon

I have filed out the aq icon

form folowing the guide in the library, is there anything else I have to include with the AQ?
