Just had balliffs pitch up and post a Final Notice through door for 425.50.

This apparently relates to an unpaid dart charge from Feb 16.

He was due to come back after 7pm.

He didn't.

How much do I have to pay him?

I can't work out how they've arrived at this amount as had previous correspondence from them saying bill was 200 quid but we were querying the charge.

Help as they're coming back tomorrow AM

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

You have stated that you received an earlier letter from Marston requesting £200. The debt had risen as you had not settled the matter at the £200 stage and an enforcement fee of £235 has now been applied. You have not stated whether or not you had received any of the notices from Highways England?
