Hi all,

Quick question that may be a bit hard to answer,

does anyone have experience of what loans 2 go would do if presented with a dmp company?

I'm considering signing up with stepchange but have a logbook loan with these.

I'm just concerned that loans 2 go would take my car regardless of any plan presented by stepchange.

If anyone has any experience of this I would appreciate it.

Hi There

Sorry you got missed. Realistically if the BOS is underwritten with a CCA then i believe it can afford you some protection under the CONC rules, but the BOS is a difficult one to answer.

If L2Go attempt to be difficult and take your car while dealing with a DMP, it will be frowned upon under the FCA CONC rules

We could do with some help from you.
