hello, i am currently trying to get money back for my sister from Barclays and barclaycard.
Braclaycard said no, then offered 168 of 402 twice now but have said no way to anymore. Is Barclaycard any different to a bank does anyone know?
thanks.
By the way i successfully got back 102 and 658 from RBS so another success.

They are no different at all. The principles of claiming are identical, so send prelim letter then lba after 14 days then move to Moneyclaim. They will stall and use all the normal tricks but they will settle eventually
Thats what i thought but as RBS was really easy and gave in straight away I started to falter with Barclays. They seem to be really tough, just got worried it was different.
