Default Scary!! Me V The Woolwich/barclays

Hi. I'm in need of some support, please!

Have sent prelim letter, received 1 standard letter back. Then received a 2nd letter saying that they did not agree and would not take it any further.

Sent lbaicon. Now received letter saying "I am sorry you are unhappy with our previous response and have requested that we refund all of the charges you have incurred. After careful consideration, I regret that I am unable to agree to your request. I appreciate this is not the response you were hoping for, but I trust I have fully explained the Bank's position.

I assume they are trying to scare me to not go any further - it's working!

Now I do the claim to the Court? Is that right?

Is anybody else at the same stage??

    Thanks.
