hello there. i would suggest that you get online if you have access to your account online and use the search statements option. check out for all charges, you can only search for three months at a time. once you have done this, get a prelim done (use the templates library) and bang them with the prelim asap!! i have done just the same thing for my hubby as he got a statement yesterday informing him that they will be taking a hundred quid in charges at the beginning of next month. What i did was include the charges that are pending in the spreadsheet, make sure you identify them as pending, and send in the usual way!! good luck, if this has helped, please click the scales. let me know how you get on.

It sounds like this is just the one?? I would get in the bank and ask to speak to the manager....for that amount of money over I would expect them to give you it back before you start doing prelim's etc....I'd give that a try first.
