best bet is our debt collection library then.

sent one of the letters that asks them to accept low payment and freeze charges interest.

the problem whichever way you go

is you'll be defaulted

and that's 6yrs of poor credit

but the quicker you do it the quicker they'll vanish.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

no which ever way you go

you will be defaulted

for not making the required minimum payment

that default is there for 6yrs

regardless to what or if you pay

then it goes and takes the whole account with it

doesn't mean the 'debt' is not still owed mind.

a dmp is very easy to admin yourself.

all the required letters are in the debt collection section of our library
