I am looking for someone with experience of taking a claim through Barclays. I am just starting this process and have asked for details of charges made from them which they have fobbed me off with aying I need to pay for copies of bank statements. I think I have in the region of £2,000 worth of banks charges in the past 5 years so would really like some advise in terms of starting the claim properly. Cheers MC
No, funnily enough as you replied I was just copying and pasting the letter from the libary across to word, I'll send that off today. Thanks for responding MC
