Alarm bells should be ringing here!!!

Wetcloths can do their own dirty work and trace their debtors properly, not blanket bombing a county in an attempt to find them.

I think the OP might mean a Natwest Loan??

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

Possible that the Wetcloth has an unenforceable debt how long ago was the debt incurred and are you sure it is deffo yours?

We could do with some help from you.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Morning

I'd like to apologise for not adding this to the original thread

I've had another look at the letters

the one they want to confirm my address says if they don't here differently they will assume I live at the address.

The other letter regarding debt simply has an outstanding amount saying it is collecting on behalf of Nat West retail,

re reading my previous questions and answers should I be looking at sending Wescot an SAR followed by CCA request?

Many thanks

right so NatWest still own the debt and have farmed it out to wetcloths

who can be ignored totally.

send NatWest a new sar but DONT put any account numbers down.

read the full sar thread too in case you've moved since you took this out.

I have moved a few times since taking it out,

I sent an SAR just under two years ago to Nat West and the reply said they didn't have the information required and needed account numbers etc but asked me to send the Information to RBS at a different address

Hello again I think I'm looking for a little reassurance again I seem to be getting letters from Wescott saying Nat West Reatail are offering a discount on the outstanding debt, am I right to just ignore these.

Guest Mrs Hobbit

Looks like they are trying lull into a false sense of security. i would be ignoring them until you get a reply to the SAR. If you can work back to the last payment date with the dmp, you might find this is SB and Wescott want you to visit their milking parlour.

of course they might get smart and you end up with a claimform, but unless that happens, do not do anything.

Hi there I'm sorry for posting again about very little, Wescott have gone all quiet should I be worried by this?

no because as you've been told numerous times now wetcloths can do nothing,

only the owner of a debt can.
