Hi All

i took our various payday loans some few years back as had real money issues ..working like mad to clear 2 mortgages on 2 houses and tenants not paying rent.

in the end had to take out various Payday Loans

Quick Quid

Payday Express

Payday UK

Wonga

Txt Loans

at the point of taking these loans out my credit had around 1 defaults and late payments

wonga wrote to me and actually admitting mis selling and wrote the loan off

Txt Loans was only a small amount and that was paid off

Quick Quid not paid off ..complaint put in not had final response that was months ago they passed that to collection agent i wrote told them there was a complaint in they havent pursued the it.

not heard anything from payday express or payday uk and now received letter from BW Legal saying they are now handling the account for their client prac and that prac have purchased the debts.

Ca anyone advise on what is the best way to handle these debts

many thanks
