All,
I sent a letter (SAR) to RBS
and they've cashed my cheque but sent a response stating that without an account number they can't workout the charges. The trouble is I used to have this Credit Card 2 years ago, since then I have shredded all statements as part of sping clean operation and also cancelled my card.
How do I get them to give my account number and look up on charges, surely I am not being unreasonable here???
Please help.
