I handed in my S.A.R to the bank on the 02/11/06 and got a letter back acknowledging my £10
Then on the 15/11/06 I got a letter from Natwest acknowledging my £10 and letter.
Now today 15 days after I handed the letter in I got all my Statements in through the post, in and envolope which even had elastic bands on to keep it all in place.
I hope they will as eager to hand back the charges they have charged.
