DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Dont worry too much about mediation, you will get an appt and you will be asked the same questions, 1 being, do you have all the information you need to proceed with mediation?

If you are still awaiting that info from your CCA request (as you appear to be still) then you will answer no and mediation will fail before it begins.

From there, the case is referred back to court and a trial date set.

No, i was at the mediation stage. That's when i saw the question and realised i didn't remember ever getting a response to my CPR etc. request

Seems unfair that a defendant has defined time limits to respond but claimant can take as long as they like to provide evidence

Am i missing something?

You need to be a little more active in your postings bara....hence the gap in postings and you missing deadlines.

I appreciate you may be busy with other matters...aren't we all...but this should be your priority.

Please post regularly and ask...or you may lose this for a simple reason of not actively being on the ball.

Andy
