As a former director of a company that is subject to a winder, I can being sued for sums due to a trade supplier under a PG.

I resigned before the winder was made. The debts were incurred during my directorship.

Can the trade still sue me?

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
