can someone help me with regards to a charge of £22.50 being charged to my loan acc to cover costs for going over drawn and then also a charge of £20.00 to cover cost regarding admin charges relating to it.

If you mean can you reclaim them, then the answer is yes!
i'm not very good on the phone and gopt fobbed off saying that they arn't part of the april 2006 ruling this is a motor loan acc sorry to be picky just don;t wanna make my self look totally stupid!!!
If you go to the FAQ section and follow the steps on there as the same principles apply as to bank accounts. You don't need to do the DPA SAR unless you think there have been more such charges in the past. go straight for the prelim letter and with any luck they will pay out quickly as it is such a small amount.
