After several months of not very much happening, I have received a letter informing me that my case against the Halifax has been transferred to the Mercantile Court of the Royal Courts of Justice in London.
Does anyone else have a similar experience? Is there anything I need to do?
Although Halifax has paid back the charges and the overdraft interest it has not paid back the 8% statutory interest. So that is the subject of dispute.
Case referred to Mercantile Court of RCJ
has been transferred to the Mercantile Court of the Royal Courts of Justice in London.
