Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

Lets wait and see...................... . HSBC settled 90% claim - 16 November 2006 VERY HAPPY WITH THAT THANK YOU!!
I requested mine on the 9th November, I got a reply on the 17th that they are dealing with my request and sent my cheque back (complimentary), on the 18th I got a Breakdown of charges in a very nice format I must say, and been assigned a case manager. they are hoping to have this resolved by the 14th December.....not unless they cough up £2834 it wont be.
Well I hope they come soon then, and it will save me a job not having to go through 6 years worths of stats.
I'll let you know how I get on, and I'll be looking out for your update threads andy
