    Default Is it wise to claim from a current lender?

    Hi all,
    I still have an outstanding loan with one of the companies i wish to claim from.
    Is this wise and how will affect my current loan?

    If the loan is fixed term it should make no diference as long as you make the agreed payment on time.

    If its an overdrafticon that can be recalled at any time then it could be recalled forthwith.
