My understanding is that if you've had no response at all from A&L since putting the claim in and the 14 days has passed then you win by default but I would call mcol helpline just to double check that you select the payment by default option on mcol

I went for the default option. If you have followed the steps outlined on this site you have given more than enough notice to A&L of your intent to take Court action and more than enough time for them to get their act together to organise a defence (defending the indefensible, lol).
You may not get a response even after you get the judgement. Thats when I rang them as I did'nt really want to send in the Court bailiffsicon. Ended up speaking to Jackie McGuirk who organised a cheque.
I think they are getting rather snowed under with the ammount of claims coming in.

Can someone let me know if when submitting the schedule of charges do i have to list every individual charge and date or can i just put the totals for each charge?

    ie overdrafticon charges £276
    Failed direct debiticon charges £645
    Paid items charges £324.

Thanks in advance for any help

I'll say it before the mods do - start your own thread mate, you will find the flow easire to follow. The other thing is to read and read and etc. As for the charges use the spreadsheet. Detail every charge.

Yup, I hit the button after 14 days.

I rang A&L's normal number, then waited until Jackie McGuirk rang back, which she did fairly quickly. You have to wait untill judgement has been served ie they have received it before you can get the warrant (7 days after judgement I think).
