welcome aboard...

so no police

so nothing further on a legal front.

you might get letters from RLP..but simply ignore them

no-one can harm you or anything.

would it be an idea to pop along and see your GP?

or if you're part of some support group or club or organisation

go see them..

good luck

keep your chin up.

and behave....:lol::lol:

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi and welcome.

Based on what you have placed above, there will be no comeback from this. If the security staff did not take down any details from you such as an ID card then you will have gotten away with it-this time.

It may be that the security spotted something in your mannerism that gave them the idea that you have MH issues and decided to deal with you informally.

I fully agree with DX on the GP front. S/he will treat you with full confidentiality and may offer you some other help with CBT, counselling or even happy pills (anti depressants).

Whatever else you do, stop the stealing. You may not be so lucky next time.

As an aside, some of the research I have done on the net has showed me that some shoplifters with depression steal just to give them a rush of adrenaline when they get away with it but has a devastating effect when (not if) they are caught.

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.

Everything I say is opinion only. If you are unsure on any comment made, you should see a qualified solicitor
