Currently on normal BT copper broadband getting 15 Meg download and no real complaints. Lookin at Virgin for internet due to my home previously been cabled up and Skype.

What are peoples views as they look rather expensive but impressed with the internet speeds. Not realy looking at at TV as i have just ditched skybut if it comes with a decent package i might be tempted. Virgin shop just wants to sell me the most expensive option.

Just like the energy companies they have so many different tariffs and confusing.

Virgin have just changed my broadband to VIVID 200 Optical Fibre (whatever that means ) :)

My FIL has BT and it's mince.

When I'm in his house I get the wi-fi in one chair but if I move to another in the same room it drops :|

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

Strange King I have been with them since they took over Telewest (10 years ?) and never had a problem nor billing error...I suppose it could be down to the individual customer and how they run their account.

I too would steer clear of Virgin Bledia, if you have an issue or a complaint, you're ignored, they are truly atrocious, and have no customer service skills at all.

Although, my Uncle can't praise them highly enough!

Each to their own I guess, BT are no better either, I'd definitely give them the boot.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

I'm in the same boat, never had any problems, just annoying when they phone you up telling you what a loyal customer you've been and they would like to give you a fantastic deal on mobile's for all your family.

Aye, I'll take five :| and zip my heid up at the back whilst your there.
