    Default Help and advice needed!

    Hi,

    I'm a novice to this and find some of the bank charge info confusing. I sent a letter to HSBCicon claiming £1080.00 bank charges (with statements) and telling them i will go to court if no response within 14 days. Have heard nothing and now on day 18. I rang them yesterday and they said that the claims are taking 6-8wks and i should hear something soon.

    Should i file a MCOL anyway and if so do how do i go about doing this??
    Also do you get charged when filing or if it actually gets to court??
    What are the time limits once MCOL has been filed?
    Where do i file online??
    Can i include my costs on the claim?

    I really would appreciate some answers to my questions.
    It seems quite a scary thought taking them all the way!
