Hi,

I've recently checked my credit file to find Motor Mile have placed a default on my credit file.

They state the type as Pay Day Loan.

Account started - 19/07/2011

Default Date - 22/04/2016

Default Balance -£318

This has just appeared out of the blue. Reading the forums here it sounds like they buy old date. My question is are they allowed to place a default on my account? I've never heard of them.

They also have my date of birth wrong on the credit report. out by a couple of days.

There was never any other default from any payday lender before april.

Please can someone advise how to get this removed?

Thanks.

Motormouth finance show little regard to the law and peoples data. They specialise in buying up old payday loans.

They default when the get the account which is a serious No. no, and not from when you were defaulted by the payday lender

Have you had a payday loan in the past?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
