Thread: Different timescales...

Hi

RBS/Mint's time is up on their lba, but they replied to it a week after I sent it to them saying they would look into it and get back to me within 2 weeks.

Should I :-

A. Give them another week as per their timescales. (and expect to get standard reply)
B. Call them to see if they have come to a decision before I do C.
C. File money claim today.
