I filed a MCOL on 6th November, and recieved notice to serve 11th November which gives Capital One till 25th to Achknowledge.
I have gone on mcol website and all it says it issued, and not served. Would it update or not or do I recieve all the info in the post as in when capital one achknowledge etc?
There is a 5 day window from the time you file with MCOL to make sure the other party gets the notice.The issue is ok. It will change to acknowleged when they receive it.
