I've sent my banks - Abbey and HSBC - both the preiminary letter and lba, and been told in so many words to eff off. Now I want to proceed to file the claim, but in the interest of saving money I don't have, was wondering if I can file a claim against two banks at once, or do I need to file two seperate claims and pay the fees twice?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
