    Default entering judgment - help needed

    Hi have made a mcol. Papers were deemed served on 31st October - no Defence has been received - was told by the Court they had until 14th November to file a defenceicon - tried to enter Judgment by default today - message received that I can't enter Judgment at this time - can anyone shed any light on this for me.

    Firstly have they acknowledged the claim? They cant enter a defence without acknowledging the claim first. If they have not acknowledged the claim you cant file until tomorrow today is the 14th day. Please be aware they may still acnowledge today. Check this afternoon.
