    hi help needed please got offer of £1,724.00 (chargres come to £1,991.46)but if i take offer they want to put it into my old bank account which i have no access too i do have overdrafticon on this account of which i have agreed to pay back each month , but when i phoned them they cancelled my overdraft and made this into a debt. so please help what do i do .

    I'm sure you can request a cheque. Just ring and speak to somebody else if shes not very helpful. Some of them are like that. Jobsworth!!

    Yes you can request a cheque.
    State clearly that you will only consider the claim as settled if a cheque is paid.
    Make it clear that you will inform the court also of this should they pay the refund in any other way.

    thanks i have just faxed them telling them that i reject their offer but will acept it as part payment only if they put it into my other account and i am still going for the rest of my money they have ontill the 16 th then i will but in for court. thank you for all your help i wouldnt have got this far without it
