    Default Just getting started

    HI Guys,Have been looking at this site for a few months now, but all the jargon stops me from moving forward with anything. Interested in reclaiming bank charges..is it really as straight forward as you say and what is the likelyhood my bank(llyods tsb) will close my account. Ifthey do, can I challenge the decision ?
