ok peeps, i want to claim back my charges on my barclay, citi, capital 1 and sky card. any advice on where i begin. is it the same process as normal bank charges i.e dpa, lba, flba etc etc?
Yeah, start with an S.A.R. request under the Data Protection Act. The templated letter can be found in the library sections.
I know Egg ask for some ID to identify you when you make this request. Not sure about most of the others, but worth having a look in the relevant threads first.
