Am claiming £3047 from Natwest and need some morale support now. Have had all my statements, have sent the prelim request letter, have had the standard bog-off letter back. Am about to send the next one threatening action. I think Im doing ok so far but it would be great to hear from those of you who are a step ahead. Also, are Beneficial Finance ( part of the HSBC group) fair game for a claim too?
