    Default Help please!!

    My friend has her mortgageicon with RBSicon and also a personal loan she wants to claim back unfair charges on her current account but she is afraid that she will have to pay the rest of the loan off or cancel the mortgageicon. Can they do this ??

    The mortgageicon and the loan are separate from the current account, and, I would have thought, have their own terms and conditionsicon. So no, I don't think they can cancel the mortgageicon or force her to pay off the loan, as these T & Cs would be breached on their part.
