Hi,

We have same situation.

Original Secured Loan with LLoyds.

'Sold' to Engage Credit.

'Sold' again to this new company Skye Loans Ltd

We are worried about how to proceed?

What should be do first - I have written to Skye and told them we are looking into this matter and requested 30 days grace - they have agreed to this......

SAR first?

Should we be worried?

many thanks to everyone for any help :-)

Probably send an SAR, but it would be helpful if you gave more details of the loan here.

Date, how much, general history.

Just going through it all.

I have one letter from January and amongst the balance etc it reads there is Fees Balance of £84 + Additional interest of £87...whats all that about? Does anyone understand the Fees Balance?

Every month they are applying this along with Additional Interest Fees!

I have alot of paperwork here and will update asap.

Thank you

Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me - I think you might have to write and ask them what they are doing - what this sum is and the reason they are applying it each month?

I would suggest your loan is littered with all manner of penalty fees

a fixed sum like £25 for letter.appears.phone.dd refusal?

they can all be reclaimed.

got any silly insurances on the agreement too?

Thanks both!

I will request the SAR and an explanation of their Fees and update on here about what they say etc. Also, over the weekend I will be sifting through everything with a fine tooth comb and I will tell our story thus far - and help others if possible.

All the best and have great weekend :)

If the owner of this account, Buttercup, has died, then we are extremely sorry about it.

However, if some third party has now accessed the account, I'm afraid that this is not something that we can go along with.

The account has now been disabled and I am closing this thread
