good for you I am trying to reclaim bank charges from a now closed sole trader account where my husband is now in an IVA too! Why should they keep it all?
Have you spoken to the IVA Supervisor you may be able to negotiate not all money going into the pot. This depends really on how much you owe and how much you are reclaiming etc also the terms of your IVA. We are trying to negotiate a 50/50 split and with our 50% try and settle the IVA. I really wish you the best of luck there are loads of people here with lots of excellent advice
