Well i finally plucked up the courage and time to start claiming back unfair bank charges levied on my now closed account starting firstly with Barclays.This is despite being registered insolvent from June this year,but optied for the IVA (individual voluntary arrangement),program as an attempt to pay back my creditors.So i'm interested to see what the outcome will be.

Tracking your Claim Thread
Once you have located your bank and have made your thread, select thread tools at the top right of the thread, choose subscribe to thread, then select Yes.
To locate your Claim Threads
Just up form thread tools and to the left click Quick Tools, this will offer subscribed threads. In here you will see your claims.
