might be beter you start a new thread on the car finance debt/CO.

the CO doesn't show on credit files, as you've been told befre

so I don't know what has 'just come off@?

probably the CCJ that the CO was attained against I suspect.

A CO only shows on your land registry search and stays there till paid off.

as for the original car finance debt.

I bet the repo was unlawful and you've been charged all manner of arrears fees and repo fees

that if has been said before, you get reclaiming on all you debts'

that reclaiming will wipe the remaining CO balance out and it will get removed

without having to pay anything more.

who was the finance company?

when did you take the loan out?

when did the car get repo'd?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Yes received letter on Sat 12\11\2016 from the finance company with High court threat in capital Red letters saying if they are not contacted by the 18\11\2016 they would be going to repossessed our house, is this possible without us going to court
