Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Need advice, as you can see from my other threads I have won on two of my accounts with RBS, £2,945 and £4,100. I only learnt yesterday that my accounts are still open and that the monies HAVE to be paid into these accounts. One of the accounts is £1200 still outstanding, this is purley charges, they said that the monies will clear this account, BUT I have just been on the phone to Credit Management (not helpful I tell you) and they have not me that I not be able to access my accounts until these monies have been cleared. This debt was sent to Westcot Debit Collections and they have offered me a deal to settle for £900, BUT I cannot get access to my money as when it goes into my account they will automatically take £1200 out.
Sorry this is a bit confusing but I have steam coming out of my ears at the moment. The Liverpool Branch are a joke, they just dont want to know.
