Hi, we are now looking into claiming charges back from Lloyds Tsb can anyone tell me how far back we can claim these charges applied to our Account. Thanks.
dawny you need to read up on the limitations act and the various threads that discuss the issues, but in answer to your question as far as you like if paid the charges in the mistaken belief they were lawful or you think that the banks have concealed the nature of their charges from you.
If you paid them knowing they were unlawful and you think the banks have been honest and up front about their activities, then 6 years.
