Sent my preliminary letter on 30th october, and received reply on following day from Gary Oldroyd, and mike brophy (customer relations advisor & manager) advising me to wait for 14 days, wich i have given them in my letters. it has been 12-13 days, no any further answer received yet.
has anybody had ignoring as reply yet from Barclays?
Stick to your timetable and send the lba off on the 14 days. But, I'd think that the Bank will settle in full for such a small claim - that would make sense wouldn't it?
