How long did it take from the time you filed to the time you got your settlement? Will have to file a claim myself soon and am wondering how much longer this will be going on for. Thanks x

Settlement letter received 31/10/06 but refused due to incorrect amount and conditions.

10/11/06 Whilst checking internet banking found that full amount had been paid into my account. Have not been notified of this though.
