Still not received anything from the court after submitting the DQ. But it must be on the way as we have a mediation appointment in 3 weeks.

No idea what to expect but looking to make them an offer of around £40 a month as long as they waive the fees and charges which Santander added. Does this sound reasonable?

Sounds reasonable...but will they waive the fees and charges ?

I personally would not agree anything at mediation.

We could do with some help from you.

A few really....

a. The delay in Notice of Allocation.....has the claimant submitted theirs and do they intend to proceed?

b. What if they refuse waive the fees and charges.

c. Do they have all the relevant documents to proceed.?.have you received all the relevant documents to mediate?

If you can state yes to all the above then by all means try to reach a mutual settlement

We could do with some help from you.

The email from Mediation states that both parties have filed DQs. All documentation has been produced and looks in order.

Not sure what would happen if they refuse to waive the fees and charges - that is the main sticking point for us now. Not been in this situation before though so will have to see what transpires.
