Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi everyone
i have just come across this forum this evening after spending a frustating day
at my the local branch of my bank trying to get charges refunded.
In just the last month almost £120 on returned DD and unauthorised borrowing cased by these charges being applied.
I noted the comments on the report into banking in N.I and wonder if the
claims process and forms in the library could be used against the Ulster Bank.
