Hi, I have just had to delete over 50 emails from CAG but I ticked the option not to get any and nor have I subscribed to anything!

Please can someone help/advise me how to stop this?

TIA, love Sandy xx

Hi Sandy.

Have you opted to have notifications when someone replies to a thread you started, for instance? Normally it's something in your user CP settings.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Just to add to what CitizenB has said, I've checked our mail logs, and it doesn't appear that we've sent you any mail since lunchtime on the 24th June (there was one email on the 24th, two on the 22nd, two on the 20th, one on the 19th, one on the 16th). Does that match up with what you've been receiving? I can't see the contents of the emails, so can't say if they were subscription notifications, notifications for new private messages etc etc

i too also get thread update emails despite settings saying no emails, and subscribing to threads re user panel updates only? not a prob really, just noting :)

Yes, you are, so I would say that it is a CAG newsletter you received. The only other thing I can suggest is, do you still have my email address ? If so, next time you receive something from CAG, just forward it to me :)
